With every bottling run, the taste profile changes, but the focus remains the same.
Bodie is our take on a traditional mash bill, the Single Malt. With today's focus on smoky peated single malt, we wanted to take the opposite approach and work with non-peated barley.
We made a conscious choice to bring out the earthy, floral notes of the California 2 row Malted Barley. This makes for a sweet, brown sugar akin profile, rounded out by the spicy oak of the aging process and floral notes of the grain.
Truly a single malt like no other Scotch!

Delightfully smooth yet, brilliantly complex, Botanica combines the sweetness of vanilla bean with distinctive florals, hints of lime, and a bold black tea. With tastes of the West, a true pioneer spirit.
The history of Compound Gin had rough beginnings during Prohibition, but has grown up to be a fresh alternative to traditional pot distilled Gin. The golden color comes from a slow steeping of botanicals in a clean neutral spirit. Aromas of the Juniper are balanced with a blend of botanicals to bring California to every cocktail. We hope you enjoy special moments with each sip.

Our famous “California Citrus” Gin is a hybrid, using two production methods. We start by vapor-path distilling more traditional gin botanicals, collecting the hearts, cutting it down to a desired infusion proof, then macerating fresh citrus peel for 24-48 hours in a compounded method.
This allows the juniper to play a supporting role to the showcased orange, lemon, lime and coriander.
Whiskey connoisseurs and gin aficionados alike can sit back with a glass over ice, soda water and a twist.
One of the least “gin-like” gins you’ll find!

Rubicon Rye Whiskey

Every bottling brings a new taste profile, like a wine vintage.
This bottle has a 100% Rye mash bill, which is unique to other blended rye whiskies on the market. Initial aging takes place in a classic new charred American oak barrel for the first years, then rests in a second handmade, custom barrel for an additional period of time ranging from 6 months up to 6 years.
The second barrel is toasted & charred over a wood fire, thus developing a depth of natural sugars creating deep fruited, caramels & vanillas along with the nuttiness and spice of the rye grain.
This has become a signature bottle for our brand. Each bottling is unique to that batch and barrel. The mash bill is always the same, but the barrels offer unique profiles that influence each bottling.
This makes each batch as unique as the trail its named after.
Always amazing and intentionally never the same experience.
